Biography
Donald M. Hemmer’s practice focuses on real estate development, commercial transactions and general corporate law in Ohio and Kentucky, including business and transactional matters involving formation of for-profit and not-for-profit entities, financing, mergers, sales and acquisitions, leasing, management, development, construction and syndication. Don represents contractors and developers, sole proprietors and small business owners, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial matters including office, industrial, commercial, retail and residential development and re-development.
